Making a Purchase

Please follow the online web shop instructions. Additional information we may require can be added at the bottom of the order.

Please ring Neil on 01539 73266 if you are interested in any of the bikes.

If the item you have ordered is not available or on back order we will inform on confirmation of order and will endeavour to offer an alternative or refund if this is unsatisfactory.

If you do not wish to order on the web please contact the sales team on 01539 732666 and we will be happy to fulfil your order over the phone.

Price & Promotions

While we endeavour to ensure that all the prices are correct on the web site, occasionally errors do occur. If we discover an error, we will at our discretion contact you to check whether you wish to continue your order at the new price, or cancel your order. We are not obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

Prices may well vary from web site to shop and we are under obligation to honour prices in event they differ from shop to web site.

Tax Charges

Orders include 20% VAT. Helmets and kids wear are VAT free.

Delivery Schedule

We generally have your order items in stock and have the items with you within 24-72 hours, in event we need to extend these delivery times we will keep you informed at all times.

Shipping & Handling

We aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible:

• All orders over £50.00 will be shipped Free of Charge. Only applies to mainland UK.
• For orders less than £50.00, carriage is £4.99.

Heavy items may be subject to additional shipping costs but we will notify you on confirmation of order.

Sorry, we do not ship internationally.

Payment Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your credit or debit card information (Confidential Information) is kept secure. However unless we have been negligent, we are not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access by a third party to your Confidential Information.

Returns

A copy of the original receipt must accompany all returned items.

Returns must reach us in good condition and the customer must cover the return postage cost unless the items have been incorrectly supplied by us.

We cannot be responsible for returns that are undelivered to us, please keep a copy of you shipping details.
